Bubble tea machines & fresh-milk ingredients for U.S. tea shops.

Fumoli is a U.S. wholesale supplier built around one idea: a tea shop should be able to serve real-tea, real-milk drinks — the same taste in every cup — without a master tea maker behind the counter all day.

What we supply

Two supply lines, one drink standard

Most shops come to us for one and stay for both: the machine that makes the drink consistent, and the ingredients that make it worth drinking.

No. 1

Machines & the beverage system

A semi-automatic station that doses tea, milk and syrup by recipe, so a new hire serves the same cup as your best barista.

  • Beverage station touchscreen, pump-dosed
  • Recipe & cloud software push recipes to every shop
  • U.S. specification 115V / 60Hz models
  • Parts & support confirmed in writing, per quote
No. 2

Tea & fresh-milk ingredients

Whole-leaf teas and a real-milk base, sourced for fresh milk tea — never the hydrogenated creamer route.

  • Jasmine green, oolong & black teas whole leaf
  • Fresh milk base real milk, non-hydrogenated
  • Matcha & fruit components for lattes & lemon teas
  • Restock supply standing wholesale orders
The system

One tap. The same cup, every time.

The station is semi-automatic on purpose: the software handles measuring — the part people get wrong under pressure — and your staff handles ice, finishing and sealing, the part customers can see.

Tap the drink

The order appears on the station touchscreen with the drink, size and sweetness already set — Regular, Less Sweet, Medium Sweet or No Sugar. No memorised ratios, no measuring cups, no guessing during a rush.

Recipes live in the software

Tea, milk and syrup amounts are stored per drink, so changing a recipe means editing it once — not retraining every shift.

Push updates to every location

A central cloud gateway sends new recipes and menus out to your machines, and brings sales and machine status back to you.

Keeps working offline

If a shop's internet drops, its station keeps making drinks from the recipes already on board. The cloud is for management, not permission to work.

Built for one shop — or twenty

Each shop's data stays its own; as the operator you see all locations, each shop sees only itself. New shops onboard onto the same system.

Ingredients

Sourced for fresh milk tea, not shortcuts

The ingredient line follows the same rule as our own drinks: real tea you can smell, and milk that is actually milk.

No creamer powder. Ever.

Non-dairy creamer — hydrogenated oils wearing a milk costume — is the industry default because it is cheap and shelf-stable. Fumoli doesn't sell it. Our milk-tea line is built on a real-milk base, so your menu can honestly say made with fresh milk.

Loose-leaf jasmine green tea with jasmine blossoms
Signature

Jasmine Green Tea

Green tea scented with jasmine in the Fujian style — floral without perfume, and strong enough to stay present once fresh milk goes in. The base of our signature Jasmine Green Tea Latte.

Rolled roasted oolong tea leaves
Roasted

Roasted Oolong

A darker, toasted oolong with the depth to carry a milk tea on its own — and the backbone of the peach oolong drinks when fruit joins in.

The milk

Fresh Milk Base

A real-milk, non-hydrogenated base made for tea service — consistent from carton to carton, with none of the trans-fat baggage of creamer powders. For milk-allergic guests, keep a barista oat milk alongside; a creamer is not a dairy-free answer, and we won't sell you one as if it were.

Classic

Black Tea

A full-bodied black tea that reads clearly through milk — the foundation for Black Tea Lattes and for Coffee Milk Tea, where it has to hold its own against espresso.

Fruit line

Peach Oolong Components

Peach components matched to the roasted oolong base, for Peach Oolong Tea Lattes and pure teas that taste of fruit and tea at once — not syrup with tea somewhere behind it.

Green & bright

Matcha & Lemon-Tea Components

Matcha for the Matcha Jasmine Tea Latte, and the lemon-tea components behind the iced Jasmine Peach Lemon Tea — the one drink on the menu that never takes milk at all.

Wholesale terms

Packs & restocking

Ingredients are sold in wholesale packs sized for working tea shops, with standing restock orders for regular accounts. Pack sizes, pricing and shipping are itemised on your quote — nothing bundled into a number you can't see inside.

Who it's for

Three kinds of shops find us

Opening a first tea shop

You need the drink to be right from day one, with staff you hired last week. The station carries the recipes; the starting menu carries the guesswork.

Switching to fresh milk

Your customers are asking what is actually in the cup. Moving from creamer powder to a real-milk line is a menu change and a marketing change in one step.

Growing past one location

The second shop is where taste usually drifts. Recipes pushed from one place, sales visible from one place, each shop's data kept separate.

How buying works

Everything in writing, before money moves

Equipment quotes in this industry hide a lot in the total. Ours don't — because we have been on the buying side of that table.

1

Tell us about your shop

New or existing, how many locations, what you want to serve. The form below or a plain email both work.

2

Get an itemised quote

Machine, software, ingredients, shipping and installation as separate lines — with voltage, certification, warranty and parts terms stated per model.

3

Confirm the specification

U.S. models only: 115V / 60Hz, with NSF / ETL listings verified for the exact model on your quote — not a similar one.

4

Delivery, setup, first cups

The station arrives with the starting menu loaded. Your staff learn the finishing steps; the machine handles the measuring from the first shift.

Momo, the Fumoli mascot — a round plush doll in leaf green and jasmine white
Momo (茉茉), the face of Fumoli
The name

Fu for Fuzhou. Moli for jasmine.

Fumoli joins Fu — from Fuzhou, the Fujian city our founder's family comes from, where jasmine tea is a way of life and the jasmine blossom is the city flower — with moli (茉莉), the jasmine itself.

It is the flavour of Fuzhou carried to America: not a place name on a box, but a tea tradition — scented leaves, honest milk, nothing powdered pretending to be either — rebuilt for American tea shops, on American voltage, with American support.

Our mascot Momo (茉茉) wears the same two colours as the tea: leaf green on top, jasmine white below.

Questions

Asked by shop owners

Do you sell the machines on their own, without ingredients?

Yes. Machines, ingredients, or both — the quote itemises them separately either way. Most shops take both at the start because the station's recipes are calibrated to the ingredient line, then reorder ingredients as they go.

What happens when a shop's internet goes down?

The station keeps working. Recipes live on the machine as well as in the cloud, so drinks keep flowing; sales and status sync when the connection returns. The cloud gateway is for pushing recipes and seeing across locations — never a single point of failure at the counter.

Is the milk base suitable for milk-allergic customers?

No — and beware any supplier who blurs this. A real-milk base contains milk, and most creamers contain milk protein too, despite the "non-dairy" name. For allergic guests, keep a genuinely dairy-free option such as barista oat milk, stored and handled separately.

Are the machines U.S.-certified?

We source U.S.-specification models — 115V / 60Hz — and verify the NSF / ETL listing for the exact model number on your quote before you commit. The listing is checked against the certification body's own directory, and the result goes into your paperwork.

How do I get pricing?

Email info@fumoliusa.com or use the form below. Quotes are itemised — equipment, software, ingredients, shipping, installation and terms as separate lines — so you can compare them against anyone.
